This problem seems to come and go and does not affect all users. Mine has not worked for about a week, so I stripped the code from my auctions as support has not fixed it. Since I have been here there does seem to be a reconcile problem between eBay and Auctiva. I wish they would address this before adding other features to the site as this is a main feature.
