Hi Community,

When you receive an API error in response to an attempt to post your listings, please click the "Scheduled" link under the "Listings" tab or the red "Events" number in the upper right hand corner of your Auctiva account to see a summary of the error eBay returned.

If the error messages states that you should contact Auctiva support for additional information on why your listing failed to post, please file a support request using the appropriate link on our help page:
