Hi Debra,

When you load a master profile, any content that is already entered in the lister page will be replaced with only the content of the master profile. This is expected behavior so, when you are creating a listing from a master profile, you should load your master profile before entering the unique content of the listing.

When you use the "Create Similar" option to create a new listing from an existing saved listing, you should not even have to load a master profile, as all of your consistently used information should already be entered in the lister page. After choosing the listing you would like to create similar from, you just need to make teh desired changes and then post or schedule the listing.
