I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you are having. I just looked up your email address in our support system and found that we have responded to all of the support requests you have filed. In case you did not receive the emails informing you that your support requests have been responded to, you should be able to find them by clicking the "Help" link within your account and then clicking the "Check the Status of an Ongoing Support Case" link on the following page.

Bear in mind that only support cases in which you entered the same email address that you have on file with your Auctiva account will be displayed in this section of your account.

If you do not find the answer you are looking for there, I recommend opening a new support request by completing the web form on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx
