Listing titles change when saved and other problems

Often times when I have created a similar listing and have saved it, when it comes back the title has changed to "Mr". I do not know where that is coming from. Also, I sometimes have the description totally deleted after saving the listing and I have to rewrite the description. This has happened as much as 4 times in a row on some listings. Can someone help with this problem?
