Reply to "Listing titles change when saved and other problems"

Just had a very helpful reply from customer support.

My problems were somehow caused by some corruption of my profiles caused by an old Auctiva editor. I hadn't realised that Auctiva have a new better editor that I should have been using.

To change to the new (better) editor, go to "My Account", "Account Preferences" and mark the check-box for Use Design Editor v2.0.
