Hi onetexasoldman,

Based on what you have described, it sounds like eBay rejected your listing and returned an error message. If you click the red number in the "Events" section in the upper-right hand corner of your account and then click the "View Error Message from eBay" link next to the record of the failure, the exact error message that eBay returned will be displayed.

If you need any further clarification on why eBay is returning that error in response to your posting attempts, you would need to contact eBay's customer support department (or maybe even Trust and Safety).
