Listings delayed by 6 hours - Two Questions

I just started with the auctiva and am wondering if it is worth the delays for the scrolling gallery. First I lost all my auctions about 8 hours while they reindexed.

Now I put out 4 listings for my store through Auctiva. 6 hours later they are showing in my active listings but still have not hit my store. I set up a listing on ebay site and it was in my store in 2 minutes.

Is this normal?

Is the delay worth the extras you get from the site?
