Hello again. I noticed that you have already received an answer to whether this would be possible through the support case you filed on the subject, but I was inclined to update this thread with the same information as well in case anyone else comes across it who is in a similar situation.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any functionality that would allow you to remove the data in the “Choose Item Specifics” section nor transfer it to the “Custom Item Specifics” section in bulk, so I'm afraid you will have to make that change in each of these listings individually.

As long as the listings that you are posting only show the “Custom Item Specifics” link and not the “Choose Item Specifics” link, you should not have to make any changes to that section to post them to eBay successfully though.
