It sure does make sense... if a listing fails due to what the system sees as a problem with the listing itself, why waste time, bandwidth and CPU cycles listing the same thing again down the road. Except that, as you say, in this case the problem was with eBay. I'm sure you guys can figure it out.
Gotta tell ya... I'm *really* impressed with speed at which everyone at Auctiva answers questions and tries to fix problems. First rate show going there in CA.
