We weren't saying it was an auctiva problem. It's an EBAY thing. When listings are posted to EBAY sometimes the item is not searchable for HOURS. Sometimes they don't categorize and add them into the search for up to 8 hours. We lose all the newly listed time we count on for attention to our items. That's what this was about.
