listings say "discount Available!"

Hello, I recently listed several items ( 7 last week) & 10 this week) within the past two weeks after taking about three Months off. To my disbelieve, ALL the items have "DISCOUNT AVAILABLE" highlighted next to my shipping fees. During my time off, I NEVER changed any preferences and don't understand why this DISCOUNT is now showing up. I have never offered shipping discounts unless the buyer has communicated well with me etc..... Last week I revised the listings and will now have to do the same. Has something changed with Auctiva since I was gone??
