Reply to "Listings won't Post....API Warning"

Hello scottvaluetech -

Please note that API warnings and failure notifications come directly from eBay, and we present them to assist in understanding what may have occurred with a listing. Typically, Warnings do not actually prevent listings from posting the way that Failure notifications do. Please note that the message you refer to directs you to an eBay page regarding a resolution.

This warning typically indicates a difficulty with the configuration of the PayPal account associated with your eBay account.

However, if the listing is not posting via Auctiva, there may also be a failure message indicating why, which you can check by clicking on the red notifications box in the upper right of your Auctiva account pages.

If there is no failure message or it is unclear, please file a support case from under the Help tab of your account letting us know which listing is encountering this issue so we can look into it for you.
