Thanks for helping to bring this issue to our attention. I am seeing the behavior you described when I try to access the Live Chat system when logged in through Firefox 3.0, but not through Internet Explorer, so this appears to be a bug in our software that is specific to the Firefox browser.
I have reported this issue to our technical team and we will have it resolved as soon as possible. In the mean time, if you log-in to Auctiva through Internet Explorer, you should be able to use the Live Chat option.
