Location default incorrect

I launched my first auction from Auctiva as a test yesterday. Everything had gone smoothly with one exception.

Under Shipping Options:

I checked the box for - I will enter the location: I then typed in my location in the box.

Yet when the auction launched on ebay, it defaulted to my registered city, state.

What is the reason for the default rather than me checking the option and me typing the custom text?

I revised the listing in ebay but I'd rather not have to do this for every auction.

Any help would be appreciated.
