It does depend on which window you choose. The horizontal one will be displayed at the top of the listing, the full window will be at the bottom while the vertical window is on the side. If you want to custumize the location of the store window you can create a Custom Template and utilize the [STORE_WINDOW] tag. Hope that answers your question!
