Is the User name the same as the ebay User ID?

Did you get any emails from Auctiva when you opened the account, i.e. they usually have ID on the welcome email?

You may need to contact Auctiva or open a Support Case from HELP link at top of page to have them check your registered ebay ID against accounts.
