Reply to "Losing my mind.....ugh"

Trinkets...I am not sure I have ever had this problem...if you have not I would write support and I would do pretty quick so you get answer from regular staff.
(make sure you clear the cache, etc., and tell them you did it).

Sorry I have not seen other with problem either.
