Lost existing eBay item search after signed up Auctiva

Hi there, I have had 19 listing items in eBay, and just signed up Auctiva today. After I logged in the Auctiva account and used "Scrolling Gallery" feature, then I can only found 10 of my item from eBay search. 9 items lost from eBay search which are now showing in my Auctiva account under the store tab, but under my eBay account I still can see all the 10 items as selling. Just can not find my item by search the item title or by my ebay user id.

PS: I did not use the Auctiva list my item, the items were listed through eBay, but now can not search some of them from eBay title or by user id, but can be found by item id.

Anyone can help please. thanks!
