What you have described happens occasionally when new users sign up because, when a new listing is posted to eBay or an existing listing is revised, eBay will sometimes keep them out of search results for a few hours in order to review them and make sure there was no fraud involved.

Your listings will automatically show up in search results once again once eBay is finished reviewing them as part of this process so no action should be required on your part to resolve this issue.
