You won't get help from ebay, but you will definitely get help from the Auctiva folks, their customer service is the best
But you have to file a support request under the help menu at the top of the page.

Just a side note...if you had a listing for BIN at 55.95, there's no way someone could have bought it for 10.00??? Not possible. I dont understand
