Reply to "maintance and downtime on site"

I haven't been able to list anything for three days. I just tried again this morning and got to list something I've sold before (no changes at all to listing) and that scheduled for me. Then I tried again and I can't get a template, can't get it to save, schedule, etc. What is going on?
