I've been trying to import from ebay.ca which is not yet supported by auctiva according to auctiva support staff. This is also why the screw up with the shipping. They have imported my auctions for me, but now we are having a problem with the scrolling window. I have been going back and forth all day with customer support over this matter. Does anyone else deal with ebay.ca. Is there a simple way to get the correct shipping method and price?
