WAKE UP. I'm not so sure ebay can enforce their latest policy. ebay has always said they are ONLY A VENUE. When ebay starts dictating how MY business accepts payments, THAT'S WHEN I FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE IRS FOR BUSINESS INTERFERENCE and ask the IRS to start taxing ebay on ALL of my profits, as an agent or partner!

I don't care what ebay's agreement says, anything contrary to law is unenforceable. PERIOD. So if California law, or any other state, allows businesses to accept cash and money orders then ebay is once again trying everything UNLAWFUL to pull the wool over our eyes YET AGAIN.

So we should all give ebay a dose of their own medicine and start sending them a 1099 at the end of the year on OUR PROFITS.

Two can play this game. CONTACT THE IRS. Verify your rights under your State Business License.
