It matters not. My method for "managing the methodology" was simply to take my sales business elsewhere.
It is not only their new "electronic only" mandate...it is their attempt to regulate shipping charges to unreasonably low levels, making sellers 'eat' some or all of the shipping cost (increasingly expensive); it is their increase in other fees; it is their bogus "fee reductions" for those holding stores--i.e., they reduced listing fees, then more than made up for it with an increase in final-value fees; in short, they have strayed far from their roots, and have become unethical.
They are now widely known as "Fee-Bay!"
I keep my account open only so I can go in the chat rooms and visit with the nice folks I've met. For my sales, I list elsewhere online.
