When another entity imposes restrictions on you which directly affect how you conduct your business, which directly interfere with your income, and who in any way try to supervise or direct your business, can no longer call themselves a venue pursuant to the IRS Code. You become a statutory employee. I encourage all of you ebay sellers to immediately file a written complaint against ebay to the IRS for unlawful business interference and crossing the line of what they are allowed to do as a venue. OR
Just tell ebay where to go and come join us at etsy.com and bonanzle.com, where the real sellers have gone.
Stop lining ebay's wallet in the Nazi Camp they are running. Take care of yourself, wise up and move on. Get yourself in google and tell your customers where to find you - just don't use the ebay messaging system to do it.
