Hello,
It took me awhile to get that "just right" look for my auctions too--there should be a copy of the listing that you made with Auctiva in your Saved Listings area (under the Listings tab). To make it easy on myself, I just go to my Saved Listings page and click on the little folder-looking icon to the right of the listing (it'll say "create similar listing" if you put your mouse over it) and then you will have a copy of your "good" listing to work with for a new listing--you can change the title, category, shipping info, etc....hope that was what you were asking about
