All of my profiles have been gone since 6/11. I have lost my master profile along with all the other profiles that I created. I have opened a support case and they keep telling me to simply pick the master profile from the drop down list box. I can't.... They aren't there.
The last bit of advice that I received was: I have just checked your Auctiva account and would suggest you to please load your Master profile once again and it would be there.
I can't figure out if they are telling me just to redo the work on my profile and then they will be there. If so, then DUHHHH!!! I would hope so.
I realize that this is a free service, so I guess you get what you pay for.
