Reply to "Master Profile gone?"

I wish I knew what was the problem....I copied and pasted my old info from a saved listing, made a new Master and it won't show up either. I am really disgusted with the whole process and guess I will have to go back to Seller Sourcebook. I have wasted way too much time on this.
