Reply to "master profile won't save my choices...."

Hi anvilring,

If you select calculated or flat rate shipping for international in your shipping profile and then save it without selecting any specific international shipping services, it is expected that the selection for international shipping will revert to "I will not ship international", so perhaps that is what happened to you.

If that is the case, you just need to click the "Add International Shipping Service" link that shows up once you have selected calculated or flat rate for international shipping and select at least one international shipping service from the drop down menu that appears.

If you select at least one international shipping service, your international shipping selections should be saved successfully when you save your shipping profile.

I’m not aware of any other issues that would account for you being unable to save data in your profiles so, if your issue differs from what I described above, I recommend contacting our customer support team about this for further assistance. If you have to do that, please be sure to let us know exactly what you are trying to change in your profiles that you are unable to save.
