Thank you for the reponse. That really help.

However, I do not feel comfortable taking out the firewall, internet security and blockers. I have gotten viruses many times already and third parties have gotten into my ebay and paypal sites.

In addition, I have been getting messages from my Zone Alarm that someone is trying to get into my computer. Good thing that I had a firewall and it blocked the hacker.

Please recommend some other ways or may be this is soemthing yout technical team should think about especially with ID theft, and hackers that we are all concerned with.
