Wow, you guys Crap Happens. With ALL the glitches Ebays has even being a million or billion dollar company, I think Auctiva does pretty good. Yes there has been more then a few glitches the past couple weeks, but they have kept us up-to-date on every single one of them and have gotten things fixed in a decent time frame. See if you get that kind of response from ebay when it has issues.
Frankly I think its rude to talk about other listing service on these boards. Auctiva is FREE and offers a great product and deserve the respect they give us. They are not problem free but neither is any other listing service out there, and they all cost money. If you want to leave, there is nothing stopping you but do you need to vent your haterd around?
Sorry, I'm honestly not trying to offend anyone I have been fustrated at times too, but over all Auctiva works Great for me and has since January, and the customer service is by far some of the best. I just think that talk about other listing services should be done some where else and not on the Auctiva board they provide us to use for free.
