Reply to "message saying I need to generate a token again?"

This message is typically returned if the eBay account for which you are trying to generate a token is already associated with an existing Auctiva account. For further assistance with this matter, please file a support request using the appropriate link on our help page:

http://www.auctiva.com/free-auction-software-help/help.aspx

Since your profiles seem to have disappeared, I suspect you are signing into a different Auctiva account than the one that is associated with your eBay account and contains the profiles you have created.
