email Auctiva and they reply me right back. Here is what they wrote me.

We are currently updating our website and database to add new features and fix bugs. This process takes approximately 6 hours every Thursday night starting around 10:30PM PST(-8 GMT). Thank you for your patience. TODAY IS NOT THURSDAY!

I sincerely apologize for the confusion. Our site is not currently down for maintenance as the message states, rather, we are experiencing some technical difficulties at the moment. Our engineering department is currently working on this issue and will have it resolved as soon as possible. Our current ETA for this issue to be resolved is 5 PM PT.

We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience with regard to this matter.
