Message when uploading messages

G'day all, I am new to all this, but sometimes when I try to add an image to my listing this message comes up "No valid license key for current DNS/IP address specified. If you see this message please contact us at sales@aurigma.com" It actually blocks me from putting an image in and if I go back 1/2 later it usually is fine. Can someone tell me what to do please. Thanks in advance.
