Hi papi409,

Most support requests are responded to within a few hours. However, this can vary based on the issue at hand as well as the number of support requests we are dealing with at any given time. It is possible that you received a response buit simplt did not receive the confirmation email. You may want to go to Auctiva -> Help and click the "Check the Status of an Ongoing Support Case" link to see if you have received a response.

Our listing maintenance, which updates title, current price, high bidder, high bidder feedback, bid count, currency, and end time on your active listings page is done about every 6 hours.

Once your updated prices are reflected on your active listings page, they should be displayed in your store window the next time it refreshes, which it does about every 2 hours.

In the case that you have revised eBay store items to lower the price, please file a support request and we will adjust those prices manually.
