Reply to "Missing foto's from store window"

I am completly feed up.I have had 5 listings in my scrolling store that won't load.These items are all relists. Its been a week .I have contacted auctiva several times about this and I get the same answer that they will turn the problem over to the engineering dept. and get it fixed asap.Can anyone tell me how I can delete items in the scrolling store and or add the items that I would like to showcase.Please somebody help, cause auctiva sure isn't.
