Reply to "Missing foto's from store window"

I have received several emails from ebay in the past week informing me that the url for my pictures is incorrect. Therefore several of my pictures are not loading. These items are all relistings so you would think they would have the correct information. They are asking me to correct the address but this is not something I even know how to find let alone do, I am not very strong in that area of computer skills. I am not even sure who to complain to. I am a little frustrated....
