Reply to "Missing Images & Item Description on Saved Listings"

Hello Community -

this is primarily an issue with the IE browser when the security settings for the browser are set to High, which also causes some issues on the home page of the site. You should be able to work around this issue by going into your Internet Options in IE and on the Security tab there is an option for Trusted Sites. Click on the Trusted Sites icon and add Auctiva as a trusted site and set the security settings for your trusted sites to Medium (you may need to reload the page or relaunch the browser afterwards) and you should then be able to proceed as you normally would.

Please note that you can also use either Chrome or Firefox for your browser without encountering this issue.
