Apologies for the delay of our response, at this time we are experiencing a higher than usual number of support requests and we do respond to cases in the order that they arrive.

As for the issue you describe, no, we currently are unaware of an issue which would cause listings to post without a description and as a description is required by eBay it is unclear what may be occurring for you. As this would require us to take a look into your account and the listings involved, please be sure you have included some sample item numbers with the case you refer to and we'll take a look into it and get back to you via the support case.

The issue that was previously being discussed in this thread is an issue within an Auctiva account when viewed with the Internet Explorer browser and did not affect active listings on eBay.
