Hmmm. Could be a number of things. Was the image ever there and then disappeared? Or did it not show up in the first place? Any messages given like 'no picture....'
Does the thumbnail appear in the EBay listing?
It might be a problem on Auctiva's side and you might want to send a Support Request. (Help tab on top of the screen then scroll to the bottom of the page.)
