moving the scrolling bar to the bottom of the page

Hi,

I went to the area where I needed to change my preferences to have the scrolling bar at the bottom of my pages. I'm assuming that now it's been changed it will only work with new listings not current ones.

My question is will the scrolling bar go down to the bottom of a page for saved listings that I relist? If not do I have to start from the beginning an make a brand new listing to get the scrolling bar to the bottom?
