Hi OS4Sale - Sorry you haven't received a reply to your post and sorry I can't help!
I'm having similar problems and I'd love to read an answer to yours. At this point, I've spent hours and hours on Auctiva reading, watching tutorials, sending support requests and I still have nothing posted!
