Multiple Ebay User IDs

Hi! I just signed up and cannot find any info on using multiple ebay user IDs anywhere! Does anybody know if they can handle more then 1 user ID on the same account here?

Also, do all pics have to be in pdf format? All mine are in jpg at the present time! Thx!
