What you are wanting to do is a Dutch Auction. I know you can do this on EBay. You cannot use the immediate payment on BIN when you do this. I really don't know if Auctiva supports this, hope someone with more knowledge than I can answer this question. But, you can go in on revise my item on Ebay and set this up. Hope this helps some.
