Hi

Which browser and operating system are you running?

What types of errors do your current Item Details profiles have?

I'm assuming you are able to use the Item Action selection on a saved Item Details profile and get to the editing page for the profile. Is the failure in using the Save or Save As button? Normally, it should switch to the main Profiles page with a Green Confirmation banner at that point. Are you seeing that or something else (and what)?
