Reply to "my listing are not imported in auctiva yet....after 15 hours!!!"

I am having this same problem i listed about 4 auctions yesterday through ebays relist and none of them are showing in my active listings. I also listed 3 using auctiva and they are fine, but the one that i listed with ebay are no where to be found is there a way to rest my imported listing settings
