If you choose the images you would like to use for a listing from the Auctiva Image Selection section on the lister page and then check the box next to “Enable Optional eBay Gallery Images” in the section below, the images you had chosen for the Auctiva Image Selection section (up to the first 12) will automatically be transferred to the Optional eBay Gallery Images section.
Therefore, unless you make further changes after that point, it is expected that each of these images would appear twice in each listing - once in the eBay Gallery section in the upper left and again in the description area.
I reviewed the two listings you posted through your Auctiva account yesterday before posting through thread to see if I could find the discrepancy you mentioned, but I was unable to do so. At least at present, each of those items is currently showing the same number of images in the eBay Gallery section as within the description.
I admittedly do not have a very good picture of the specific issue you are struggling with, but I figured I that this information might relate to the situation and potentially be helpful.
