Hi, assuming that Auctiva are still not warning potential clients before joining I suggest that you file an annoyed support 'request' this has been going on a long time and is effectively ignored by the powers that be on here.

Auctiva and thier support is excellent in most cases but this repeated scenario is disgusting.
