Hi Quizpuppy,

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you are experiencing. I am not aware of any current issues with the new Auctiva uploader that would cause certain images to appear sideways within the uploader, so that is something we would need to explore further.

Generally speaking, your images should reflect the same orientation when loaded within the uploader that they have been saved with on your computer or memory card.

If you continue to encounter this behavior, please contact our Customer Support team directly from under the “Help” tab within your account. We will then then request a couple examples of image files with which you are experiencing this and hopefully that will allow us to figure out what is going on.
